Badminton session management
The easy way to run a social badminton group
ShuttleTab is a web app for organizers of social badminton groups. Share one link: players sign up without an account, you see how many courts to book, and court costs are split by the hours each player signs up for, with shuttlecocks shared equally. In English and Thai, with nothing to install.
30-day free trial, no card needed.

How it works
Four questions every organizer answers before a session. ShuttleTab answers them for you.
01 · RSVP
Who's coming?
Players don't just say yes or no. They pick the time windows they can actually make, so a player arriving at 19:00 and one leaving at 20:00 both count for exactly the hours they play.
Registration is uncapped by default, with an optional capacity limit and a waitlist when you need one.

03 · Costs
Who owes what?
Enter what the session cost and ShuttleTab splits it by the hours each player signed up for. No more mental arithmetic for the person who turned up for the last hour.
Court costs are split by time played; shuttles and any extras are shared equally between everyone who played.
Tick players off as they settle up. ShuttleTab tracks who has paid; it never touches the money itself.

Your Sunday, before and after
Most social groups run on a chat thread and a spreadsheet. It works, until it doesn't. See how they compare with ShuttleTab.
Without ShuttleTab
Forty messages in the group chat and still no headcount.
A spreadsheet only you know how to update.
Booking three courts and hoping nine people show up.
Working out in your head what the late arrival owes.
Chasing two players for their share a week later.
With ShuttleTab
One link, and the list keeps itself.
Players pick the hours they can make.
The court count updates as people register.
Court costs split by time played, automatically.
A clear view of who has settled up.
Why ShuttleTab exists
I play badminton with friends in Chiang Mai three times a week, at a different venue depending on the day. All our sessions were organized in a Facebook Messenger group, and it was always hard to know who would come. The court numbers were lost somewhere in last week’s messages, and settling up at the end brought the same line every time: “but I only played one hour!”
So I wrote a small web app for our group to fix those three things. Then I realized we were probably far from the only group with the same problems, and that app became ShuttleTab.
Run your badminton sessions from a chat
Ask ChatGPT or Claude to set up a session, add a walk-in or check who still owes, and it does it in ShuttleTab, as you. On every paid plan, if your assistant supports connectors.

Questions
Does ShuttleTab handle money?
No. It works out what each player owes and tracks who has settled up. The money itself moves the way your group already handles it.
Do players need an account?
No. Organizers have accounts. Players register for a session through the link you share.
Does it sort out who plays next?
Yes. The court board puts whoever hasn't played yet first, balances sides by the levels you set, and splits up last game's partners. For a competitive night, run an Americano, Mexicano, King of the court, round robin or knockout, with scores and standings for that session.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every new organizer gets a 30-day free trial covering one group, and no card is needed to start.
Can I run more than one group?
Yes. Single covers one group, Multiple covers up to five, and Unlimited has no limit.
Do you support Thai?
Yes. The app ships in English and Thai, and prices are in Thai baht.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is deleted and everything stays readable. You just can't schedule new sessions until you pick a plan.
Can I use it with an AI assistant?
Yes, on a paid plan. Connect ChatGPT or Claude to your account and ask it to schedule a session, add a walk-in, split the costs or mark who has paid. It acts as you, and you can disconnect it at any time. The help page explains how to connect it.
