Private, flexible badminton session management for social groups.

Who needs an account
Only the people who run a group need an account: the group's owner, who creates it, and the organizers the owner invites to help. Players never need one.
Players join each session from its private link. They add their name, choose the hours they will play, and can take their name off again while sign-ups are open.
Getting started
- Create an account with your email address and a password of at least 8 characters.
- Open the confirmation link we email you. It works once and expires after 24 hours, and the sign-in page can send a new one.
- Sign in and create your group: its name, its currency and its time zone.
- Add the venue where you play, then schedule a session.
- Copy the session's player link into your group chat.
To share the running of the group, invite an organizer from the group's People page. An invite link works once and expires after 7 days, so send it soon.
For players
A player link needs no account and no app. Open it, add your name, choose your hours and press I'm in!
You pay the group directly, the way its organizers tell you. ShuttleTab works out who owes what, but it never receives, holds or moves money.
Organizers: the guide for players explains all of this in one page, ready to send with your link.
A password on player links
The owner can ask for a password before any of the group's session links opens. Set it on the Player page password card in Settings, under Sessions. It is optional, a group starts with none, and the password must be 8 to 200 characters long.
A player types it once in their browser, and from then on every session link the group shares opens straight away, for up to 90 days or until the password changes. Signed-in members of the group are never asked. If a link asks you for a password, ask the group's organizer for it.
Until the password is typed, the link shows a password box instead of the session: no roster, costs, notes or payment details, and nobody can add, change or remove a name. The preview a chat app draws for the link is unchanged: the date, time, venue, group name and how many are playing still show to anyone holding it.
A saved password can't be shown again. If it is forgotten, save a new one. Saving a new password, even the same words, asks every player for it again. Turn off opens the links to everyone, and works even after a term or the trial has ended; setting a password waits until you buy a term.
Close a group for good
When a group has stopped playing, its owner can close it. Open the Close this group card at the foot of Settings, type the group's name exactly as the card shows it in bold, then press Close this group for good. Extra spaces don't matter, capital letters do. If the name doesn't match, nothing is closed and the card says so. Only the owner sees the card; organizers can't close a group. Billing never blocks it: a group can be closed even after the trial or a paid term has ended.
Closing is permanent: there is no way to reopen the group. From then on nobody can add sessions, sign up or change anything in the group, billing included. Every session link stops working for good, and so do unused invites.
Nothing is deleted. The owner and organizers can still read the group's sessions, costs and payment records, under a notice saying the group is closed, and the group switcher marks it (closed). The group stops counting towards your plan, so you can start a new one in its place.
Connect an AI assistant
On a paid plan, you can connect an AI assistant to your account and run your groups by asking it in your own words: schedule or edit a session, open or close sign-ups, add a walk-in, set prices, split the costs or mark who has paid. It acts as you, with what you can do in each group. It cannot see your password, change your account or touch billing. We have tested ChatGPT (web and iOS) and Claude Code.
- In your assistant, add a connector (some assistants call it an app or an MCP server) with this address:
https://app.shuttletab.app/mcp. Until an app is connected, the same address is shown on the Connected apps card of Account security. - Sign in to ShuttleTab when the assistant asks, and press Allow on the page that asks whether it may use your account.
- Ask it something, such as “What sessions do we have this week?”
To disconnect it, press Disconnect beside it on the Connected apps card; it loses access at once. Changing your password or signing out everywhere also disconnects every app. Connected apps do not work in a group on its free trial, and the privacy policy says what a connected app can see.
Trial, plans and paying
Your first group starts with a 30-day free trial. It is yours as the owner, once, not once per group, and nothing is asked of you up front: no card and no address.
After the trial, a plan covers your groups for a term you pay for once. Plans differ in how many groups they cover, and the pricing page lists them with their prices.
You buy a plan on the group's billing page and pay by PromptPay or bank transfer. No card is stored and nothing renews on its own: when a term ends, you buy another.
When a term or the trial ends, nothing is deleted. You can still read everything, finish splitting costs and mark players as paid, and players' links keep working. Creating or changing sessions, venues, invites and the group's settings waits until you buy a term.
Refunds
Ask for a refund on the group's billing page, which shows what you would get back if you asked today. The refund policy has the rules.
Complimentary access
Some owners are given ShuttleTab for free. Their billing page says Complimentary, and nothing is charged.
Common problems
An invite link does not work
It may have expired, been used already or been withdrawn, or its group was closed. Ask the group's owner for a new one, unless the group is closed.
My password is refused on a new account
The address is probably not confirmed yet. Use Resend confirmation email on the sign-in page, confirm from the email, and sign in again.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. The link we email works once and expires after an hour, and finishing the reset signs you out everywhere else.
I think someone else is signed in to my account
Open Account security from your email address at the top of the app, or from its link at the foot of the page on a phone. It lists the browsers signed in to your account, such as Chrome on macOS, and when each was last used. Sign out any you don't recognise, then change your password on the same page: you enter your current one, every other device is signed out, and this one stays signed in. Sign out everywhere ends every sign-in, this one included.
The confirmation email never arrived
Check the spam folder and the address you typed, then ask for a new link from the sign-in page. An account left unconfirmed for 30 days is deleted, so one registered on a mistyped address can simply be registered again.
An AI assistant says connected apps don't work in a group
Connected apps do not work in a group on its free trial. They work once its plan has been bought; after paying by PromptPay or bank transfer, once that payment has been checked. The rule is per group: your other groups with a bought plan are not affected, and neither is a group with complimentary access. In a group whose plan has ended, a connected app can still read everything but cannot create anything new.
Privacy and safety
A group's pages are open only to its owner and organizers. A player link shows that one session, and the preview a chat app draws for it never names a player.
Treat invite links as private: anyone holding a valid one can accept it.
ShuttleTab records whether a player has paid, never a bank transaction or a card. The privacy policy says what is kept and for how long.
